The Wisdom of Crowds
by James Surowiecki

In this endlessly fascinating book, New Yorker columnist James Surowiecki explores a deceptively simple idea that has profound implications: large groups of people are smarter than an elite few, no matter how brilliant - better at solving problems, fostering innovation, coming to wise decisions, even predicting the future.

Presence : An Exploration of Profound Change in People, Organizations, and Society

Presence can be read as a both a guide and a challenge to leaders in business, education, and government to transform their institutions into powerful agents of change in a world increasingly out of balance. Assumption-Based Planning : A Tool for Reducing Avoidable Surprises
